I see others having problems with their units. I think mine had a broken pressure valve up top, but that was from shipping.Other than that, it's been excellent. Excellent filtration, love the quad filter setup, and easy to maintain.

I bought this ahead of actually being ready to install it and there for didn’t inspect it very close. The flanges for the inlet outlet was broken. When I contacted them about it, they refused to send a replacement. The parts probably cost them a couple dollars, yet no replacement part.You would think they would at least give me the part number I need to buy, NOPE nothing!I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING Extreme power anything

It could use handles on the top part/ lid . Would make it easier to remove. Compared to prices on other similar items. Cheaper works well and easy for me to install.

It does everything my former Pentair filter canister did at a bit over 1/2 the replacement cost. It’s made in China (where else?) & the Pentair is made in the USA. I’d like to support USA workers but w this crazy inflation I really had no choice. It works just as well, looks a bit better too! My ONLY gripe is that the filter replacement thst it holds isn’t articulated. I’ll pull a filter out and send some pics and a description to some pool filter replacement sellers so I’ll have a back up set. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this filter canister.

The top manifold that sits on top of the filters and directs water to the return is poorly manufactured, and will crack and split. The warranty is only good for 90 days and the replacement part cost $79.95.The filters that come with this are 35 1/2" long. You will not be able to buy filters anywhere other than xtremepowerus because the standard is 36" and they will not fit in this unit.I like everything else about the filter. It installed easily and came with everything needed for assembly . It is easy to drain and take apart to remove filters for cleaning. The top pressure gage/bleeder valve works well. I would have rated higher if the top manifold was better quality an designed to accept 36" filters.

I replaced my old diatomite tower, which had diatomite leeching into the pool, with this one. You don't backwash this type of filter so the multi position valve went also. The pool which had been hazy cleared in a day. I highly recommend this filter tower. The reason I gave "easy to clean" a 3, is because you can rinse off the filters and be back up and running. At some point you will have to deep clean the filters which is a process. Not a difficult process but can be time consuming.

Product arrived quickly but the box had been through UPS hell. One part was broken but the vendor quickly got a replacement part and now it works as it should. NO HASSLE at ALL1.
