I am pleased to report that the content matches the title of the book. It is hard to find recipes when one has multiple food intolerances. Starting with a book of recipes that are both gluten-free and lactose-free is a big benefit. Now, if you also have other intolerances (e.g., onions, garlic) or dietary limitations (e.g., salt, iron), then some of the recipes in this book will not work, but the book is so large with so many recipes and starting off without gluten or lactose, there are still many recipes that will work. The reason I dropped it down one star is that I've started trying the recipes and found that some are tricky. The batter from one bread recipe was really runny; I'll have to modify the recipe the next time I make that bread. But having a lot of dietary restrictions, that's a minor problem that I figure I can resolve. On the whole, this is a good resource.

I cant have wheat or dairy and this little book is a lifesaver for me. So many quick and easy recipes and they are very tasty. I bought one for my mom, sister and son, too! They all love it.
