My Very Important World: For Little Learners who want to Know about the World (My Very Important Encyclopedias)

My child loves this book! It has great information on a multitude of topics summed up perfectly for their attention span. It’s colorful, educational and not too verbose on any particular topic so there is flexibility to read as much or as little as you/your child would like, any time day or night.

My 7 year old LOVES learning. (She wants to know everything.) I have purchased her a few different "My Very Important" books, as well as encyclopedias from other companies. The information in this encyclopedia is displayed in an easy to understand format, but is still very informative. (Even I learn things....) The pictures really add the the book as far as learning and understanding. These are a very enjoyable read.

Needed to get our own copy since we had once borrowed this from library! There are so many cool things to learn abs the pictures kept my 4.5 yo engaged and curious with many questions, logical great questions!We are trying to collect the entire collection of DK important things and already have the animal ones ! It’s a good set for curious learner

Thrilling for young readers. My 6 year old grandchild loves this book. The pictures are wonderful and the explanations are vivid and world-expanding. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful book that we can share and learn together. It really heightens curiosity and a desire to learn.

This book is truly awesome. We homeschool and it touches on everything a elementary kid should know about the world in a visual manner. My child has special needs and it is really helpful.

This is a wonderful book for inquisitive children. It explains things easily in a way children to understand. Our 5 year grandson thanked me for buying it.

My 5 year old loves non fiction and him and my husband read a few pages of this each night. This is such a great book, the info is interesting and has great photos.

LOVE this book for our 7 year old daughter! I home school and it's a great book to teach her about various subjects such as: anatomy, economics, family, etc. Very visual and easy to comprehend, would highly recommend!

My 3 year old just loves this book, he falls asleep looking at it almost every night! It’s a topic per two page spread and covers so many interesting places, topics and important subjects. The pictures are big and the paragraphs tend to be short, so it’s well directed at young learners and early readers.

Having bought 'My Very Important Things' which she loved, I bought her this as a follow up and she loved it just as much. She read every single page. Excellent book for kids.

This book is a firm, perennial favourite with my five year old twins. I tend to read them a few pages at a time to keep them engaged at dinner time. It provokes loads of questions and conversations. It covers a range of subjects from geography, religion, emotions to our local and wider environment. It's more engaging than a traditional atlas and covers more topics. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a present for a boy or girl between the ages of four and eight.

This is a must-have for parents tired of usual bedtime story books when they reach age 3 or 4. The book is obviously very educational, and also super fun to read with colourful illustration for each topic Some of the things it covers may be new to the grown-ups as well. It has been my husband's go-to book when his turn for bedtime stories is up.

This book is great for kids. It looks like a book for grown ups but the kids simply love it. The material is sturdy, won't get damaged easy and the way the information is display and the pictures is very interesting for kids.
