Alpine Corporation 20" Long Indoor/Outdoor River Rock Waterfall Tabletop Fountain with LED Lights

We have this waterfall in our sunroom. It adds some moisture to our dry air and the gentle sound of the waterfall just adds to the restful atmosphere of the space!

The fountain was delivered on April 28th. It was a little smaller than expected and the pump cover is a little cheesy, but once assembled it looked and worked nicely, On June 30th the pump and light stopped working. Assuming it was the AC 12v transformer, I ordered a replacement - which was not easy to find. Unfortunately, that did not fix it and I cannot find a way contact the manufacturer through Amazon or otherwise to order parts or to see if they are willing to assist with a solution since the unit failed so early.Bottom line: in the absence of obtaining some assistance or resolution from the manufacturer, we would not purchase again as the unit does not hold up.

It took a bunch of adjustments and tweaking to get it right but it is finally working well. Biggest problem is the hose for pumping the water up to the top of the fountain. It is a thick hose and sticks out of the top piece almost level to the ground. So when you attach the pump to it, the pump does not have the weight for the pump to stand upright. There are suction feet but they are small and can't hold the pump upright the way it should be. I ended up putting several rocks between the pump and the "rock" that covers it. Not a great solution but it works.The fountain has sprung a leak somewhere. Good thing I put it on a 2" deep tray for just such a problem.A shame the quality isn't there.

Has held up really well so far. I’ve had it in full operation for over a month. Northern California is experiencing severe rainfall right now and this fountain has withstood the elements. Water flows nicely and the LED light emits a nice glow.I ran a 25ft extension cord from my front porch to the front yard to keep the fountain powered.I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase.

I own two Alpine water fountains and wish I had room for a third. Excellent products and customer service. Highly recommend adding an Alpine water fountain to your backyard or other space in your home. A must have for those who enjoy their backyards as much as I do!!!

Too many pieces for a small fountain. Very disappointed. Not worth the price I paid. Thought it was a one piece unit.

First of all, the box was taped up crazy...but I didn't need to undo any of that tape to open the box. Second, I didn't even need to take the item OUT of the box to see that it was broken. The manufacturer CLEARLY sold a broken item to me just to get paid, that's probably what happened to the rest of y'all ! It didn't even have bubble wrap around it...just thrown to the side. The styrofoam is literally broken apart.This is a complete joke.Also, the picture looks nothing like the item itself. It is a dark green...not a brown rock appearance. I am highly disappointed that someone would try and resell this. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

This fountain adds a nice touch to our front patio and has the added bonus of providing a water source for wandering small critters.
