- Arrives factory rolled, may have minor backing creases from tight packaging and storage. Normally flattens within 5-7 days. Reduce creases by rolling rug, pattern side up, and massaging by hand to help ease it flat. Try laying it out in a sunny room first, heat helps loosen the backing.
- Super easy to clean! For spills, remove excess material and blot with a clean, wet cloth. Never rub as this will make stains harder to remove. Repeat with cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.

Not for me
This rug is definitely not what I expected. I was very excited for it to arrive only to be disappointed because it looks nothing like what is being advertised. However, the item arrived very quickly and the rug is very soft. But it just looks very bulky and the patterns are just mushed together unlike in the images where they seem to be spaced out and clean. Not to mention the colour just looks very off. I'm definitely not satisfied with this item so will be returning it.

It’s hideous.
It’s ugly. In the picture it looks like a fun print but it’s a weird outdoor matting mixed with regular rug fabric. In their photo it also looks nearly white on a nice Dark gray. To properly describe the color of the rug fabric, it’s similar to that cheap brown carpet in your first apartment when you lived on a futon and couldn’t afford anything nice. Waste of money.

Beautiful rug
Absolutely LOVE this rug, I really like this high-low style and it looks lovely in my lounge. Came earlier than expected and exactly as pictured and described - happy bunny!

Lovely looking rug, always get complemented on it. It does slide around a little if walked on over time but an underlay would fix it. Very happy!
