One of the cutest and fanciest tea kettles you can own
This is expensive but SO cute and worth it! The whistle when it is done is loud and very clear, the build quality of the metal and the paint job are perfect. The handle is wood, and the lid has the cutest little “diamond” on it! Even with it being adorable, I do still use it to brew tea and I absolutely love it

Not just cute!
Well made! You honestly get what you pay for. Heavy duty. If you have a smaller kitchen get the smaller size. This is a hefty tea kettle and I love that!

Too bad......
This looks really good in my black kitchen and I do love it for that reason only. Otherwise, it is not very practical. The lid is very hard to get off. I stopped trying and just put the water in the spout. But for all the effort not to be able to take the lid off, it leaks steam. So....when reaching for the not very ergonomic handle (stresses my wrist) there is a need for protection from the steam. Too bad that it couldn't also be a daily user. It seems it could still be interesting to look at and work better. The handle would look just as nice at an angle and the lid could fit better. So I love it and it's just a frivolous purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This isn’t the kettle that whistle's however the craftsmanship, color pattern and extra large size is stunning! I don’t plan on using it she’s way to pretty for me to comment on heat retention. For what I bought it for the functionality is perfect. No whistle and it will never feel any heat lol
