POORLY MADE!!
I am so disappointed with this bag!I had a smaller older version of this and thought I upgraded when I bought this bag. I loved the size, color, and pockets initially. I have had the bag about a month and the ONLY outer pocket now has a large hole in the lining! Anything I put in this pocket now gets stuck on the bottom of the bag, which renders the pocket useless! I only put very small items in this part of the bag so I have no clue how this happened. The bag is now unfortunately outside of the return window so I’m stuck with it. Be warned.. save your 50$.

Gifted it to my partner in February and he uses it for work daily. He loves the look and feel only wish it could hold me. And when he packs it too much the magnet lock doesn’t hold well

Came falling apart
Bag is nice but started falling apart before I started using it not well constructed wasted my money,can’t believe this is really from Kenneth Cole .

Design and function could be better
15" laptop is a tight squeeze and doesn't leave much room for anything else. An inner zipper would have been nice. Flap closes by magnetic button. If bag tips over, everything spills out. Even a zipper on the inner pockets would have helped. Atleast the smaller things wouldn't fall out. The bag does look good and super happy to see vegan leather. It's just tough for every day use.
