Beautiful melamine dinnerware
It looks great. The dinner plates are larger than expected. The set is heavy duty. Great for outdoor entertaining.

Great dishes for outside dining
Heavy duty for outside dining, no more floppy paper plates to balance. Very colorful, sturdy and unbreakable, ideal for dining on the deck . Great price and top rack safe for dishwasher.

Exactly as Described
The plates are exactly as described. The colors are in register and bright. I order one set of four to check quality. I was so pleased that I ordered another two sets.

Lovely
I bought for my sister for Christmas for her new outdoor space for BBQs. Sturdy, lovely design, nice weight but won't break. Great for outdoor and kids

These melamine items!
I ordered the complete set for my wife and I. We used corelle set since the blue velvet roses came out man years ago. So I wanted something that would not break like stoneware-ceramic etc. These Portofino Dishes are fantastic and the price is wonderful. Love everything about the serving pieces also. Cannot wait to use them on our new outdoor dining area. The 11 inch plate dish held a two layer cake, that's how strong they are. Great Buy and thank-you Nancy Green for these from seniors here in the High Country of Pa.

Beautiful, mimic real china, not microwavable
Beautiful, unbreakable, mimic real china. Rated highly by Consumer Reports, which is why I chose them. Unfortuately not microwavable and recommend only the top shelf of dishwasher, which wouldn't work with large plates.

Attractive and sturdy
Very good quality finish. Not heavy but substantial. Colors bright. I wash by hand even though I donāt use the heat dry in the dishwasher and I havenāt used them in the microwave as Iād like to keep the nice new look as long as possible. So far, I havenāt noticed any scratches from the silverware. I will be getting more in other patterns. Gives nice presentation without looking like the old fashioned melamine.
