Fantastic value for the price for live sound
This amp is quite powerful. Are you getting every watt promised on the tin? Probably not, but I've used the 3000 RMS model to power two 1500 RMS 3-way speakers (with 15 inch woofers) for roughly two years now, with no issues. Will the sound make an audiophile who is listening in a treated room gasp with delight and wonder? Probably not. Is it more than good enough for your average rock audience? Absolutely. I will buy another one of these.

Powerful amp
I like the power produced by this amp. Its powering 6 tower speakers with 15 inch 2000 watt 4 ohm speakers and tweeters and mids. I also have 6 full speakers on top of each tower as satellites for a total of 12 full range speakers. Powers all to the point of nearly breaking out the storm windows. Great power and only at half power. Cons are, its extremely heavy which isn't a problem if its in a cabinet or on a separate stand or enclosure. Another con is that it doesn't have any other functions such as Bluetooth. This is not really a problem for me as I was only looking for a powerful amp, but for the price a few extras would have been nice. Not necessary, but nice. The input and outlets are good but rca inputs would be a great addition. The 1/4inch/xlr inputs are very good but make sure you get male xlr cables for the input. Female for the other outfit for powered sub or linking amps. Db level and temperature readout is great and precise. Overall great product but could use a couple of extras. Power is Very satisfying.

Waste of time. Adds noise to the system.
I have a home audio system. 1 Crown amp, DBX sound processor, Denon and high end Bluetooth, expensive ground isolating power conditioner. Audio is perfect no noise. Then adding this amplifier - there is a buzz added to the system. Remove the amp - buzz gone. Sent back to Rockville, they returned and said it tested fine. They did not call me at all and just returned it to me. Would be an okay amplifier for outdoors where quality is not needed. No reason to keep it if the amp adds noise. Crown has perfect playback no introduced noise. Even cheap Alibaba amps from Riworal Class D do not add noise and are better than this quality wise. It is powerful, but the noise - buzz is a deal breaker for me.

Don't expect rockville to treat you right if there are any issues
Spent about $3,000.00 on 5 rockville amps and a crossover very recently...everything worked fine but the power plug for the crossover had a loose prong that literally pulled right off the housing the first time I unplugged it...the replacement power cord is literally a $12 item...instead of just sending me another plug, rockville wanted me to send pi tires of the damaged plug before they could decide how to proceed...as if they were going to be able to come up with some sort of alternative solution to my problem? or to make sure I wasn't the worst most stupid con artist on the planet who just spend more than 3 thousand dollars to screw them out of a $12 power cord...what a joke...the smart move when someone just spent a ton of money on your products and claims to need a new cord because one that you sent them us broken is to send them a new cord as fast as you can without any questions or further actions...that broken $12 cord was preventing me from using the other $3000 of your equipment I had just purchased....needless to say I just ordered and paid for a new cord because I don't have time to go back and forth with rockville customer service and technical support over a $12 item that is preventing me from using $3000 worth of rockville audio equipment...also needless to say, those are the last purchases I'll ever make that have anything to do with a company that can't make an obvious decision about such a trivial thing in order to make a paying customer happy...absolutely terrible handling of such a no brainer customer service issue....the correct response from them after seeing how much of their equipment I'd just purchased should have been, "How many cords do you need, where would you like us to ship them, how soon would you like them, and we are sorry for the inconvenience"...I'm easy to deal with...I know things break or don't work right for unforseen reasons...it happens sometimes and that's just the way it goes...sending you pictures of my faulty plug isn't going to change the fact that you should just send me a damn plug that works...they were real quick to send me the link so I could order and pay for a new plug...go figure...rockville gets an F fir customer service and for standing behind their products...as long as the product shipped works perfectly you are fine...if there are even minor issues though, don't expect any support from them
