I was looking for healthier protein and fiver options and searched for non GMO, organic chickpeas and purchased this product. Good Quality
I pressure cook these for about 30 minutes and they hold together well, cooking to an even soft texture. Much cleaner taste than the canned equivalent.

Excellent beans
My partner and I love chickpeas in sandwiches, salads, stews, you name it! These are a great cost-effective organic option for chickpeas which will make it easier for me to make fresh pasta out of it!

Ok
The beans are fine but when i cook them there is SO MUCH WHITE FOAM. You need to remove it with a spoon..the foam may be the sign that it is not organic at all..
