Beep feature non-existent. Battery can replaced it is clipped into the delicate circuit board. Miserable piece of junk.

This product should should be in every health emergency kit.

I purchased this to add to an emergency first aid kit for livestock. While it will work, it is definitely cheaply built of a poor quality plastic. The battery was already almost dead and had to be replaced before using.

I wanted an instant thermometer. The box says that it takes 30-60 seconds read time. It does not beep when through (I kept it in for 2 minutes). The indicator for the battery showed that the battery was almost empty. Not what I wanted.

The screen went black and the numbers became unreadable as I was waiting for the temp to register the first time I attempted to use the thermometer. It is made of very cheap plastic and is absolutely not worth $20+ dollars. I have had $10 thermometers of better quality. The seller refused to refund as well unless I paid to return it to them so that they could "inspect" it first and confirm that it is, indeed, junk.
