Great rod without breaking the bank
Bought this rod for a trip to Lake St Clair paired it with a Tranx 401 to throw bucktails,regular medussas and mag dawgs. I performed great with all the baits I threw. Handled every fish I caught beautifully. Never caught any giants all mid to upper 40s fish so I'm sure when I hook a giant on it im not undergunned. Winn grips are great never got slick from water or fish slime.

Not as pictured.
The pictured rod with the cork at bottoms is not what we received. We received the one shown further down in the description with the black at the bottom. Maybe not a big deal, we just thought we were getting the exact one our son wanted for Christmas.
