I was taking several supplements on a daily basis, I'm 57 and was told I needed calcium and other nutrients for my bones and joints. I found this by a brand I already love and was thrilled as it contained the perfect combination of everything I need.

Nobody makes supplements like Garden of Life, in my humble opinion. I have Leaky Gut Syndrome and it is very difficult for my body to absorb the vitamins and minerals I take. I've had excellent luck with Garden of Life supplements. If I don't absorb my vitamin B, the corners of my mouth crack and bleed. Garden of Life's B supplement worked for me when others failed. And now I am putting my trust into this calcium. All Garden of Life supplements go the extra mile: For instance, their vitamins also contain some antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and probiotics... because they are so good for your overall health! So this calcium also contains vitamins K and D, which are necessary for the absorption of calcium. There is also some Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Magnesium (which works hand in hand with calcium), Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron, Betiane, and Calcified Red Algae. The calcium is from Algae - which is a fantastic source of calcium that is easily absorbed by the human body. Everything that is in this supplement is there to help you body get the optimum calcium absorption - and that is a very good thing. I have osteoporosis and cannot take prescription medications to correct it. Therefore, I take the best calcium I can find - and this is it! So why only four stars? It costs A LOT of money! I cannot afford to take this as much as I would like. Yes, it is the best. But bottom line, I cannot afford to take this on a regular basis - as I should be taking it.

I have loved the Garden of Life calcium supplement and have taken it for several years. It was unavailable so I ordered this. Should have looked at the dosage as I did not realize it would be 6 tablets a day!

Garden of Life is exceptional quality.I began taking Garden of Life vitamins about three months ago, after doing a whole lot of research on all of many different brands of vitamins there are, after I found out that heart health and issues, and other women's health issues are attributed to bone health...or the decline of, especially in the spine. Moreover, because they are made in the USA, I have so much confidence in them that Garden of Life is the only brand of vitamins that I'll use/take.Most highly recommend!
