This book had every important phrase I needed but was tiny which was ideal for travel! It fit in my carryon easy and my purse when we were walking around! Love it

I live in an area of many Spanish speakers and think this book can be useful. It is arranged according to themes to make searching easy, especially for travelers. I am going to Italy soon and wish there were something like this for Italian as I don’t want to get caught up in Babbel.The book’s organization is useful and follows the Table of Contents, so if a traveler loaded the book on a cell phone, it would be pretty easy to bring up and find the specific topic needed at the point of need.The book claims to offer 4 weeks of easy-to-follow daily audio lessons, to download. Download was easy but then the folder full of an overwhelming list of 84 separate mp3 files called Track 1, Track 2, etc., takes up lots of MB to try to store. Nice clear voice though, pronouncing the items in each chapter. Each chapter has from one to four tracks that go with it, but they don’t perfectly parallel the book text.The book is part of a system for learners at MyDailySpanish.com. Frédéric and a team developed the website to make it easier to have fun and enjoy learning Spanish through offering to help people create a daily learning habit to stick to until fluent.Seems a wise purchase for the right learners.

This is a great book of phrases for beginners. Great guide with phrases like “I like it” and Long time so see.” There are audio tracks to download as well. There are helpful phrases for taking a bus, a taxi, and renting a car. This is a good start to making your way in a Spanish speaking country for sure.

A great book for traveling and understanding slangs and manners of lingo in Spanish. Being familiar with Argentinean Spanish, this was a read I enjoyed very much. The author makes it funny at times, and other times a sure guide to the verbs and nouns in the vast language.

LOVE the menu reader for ordering the right food and the audio files that accompany the book. this book is also great because it's broken down into sections like travel, meal times and eating. That way you can just turn to the section when you're in each particular situation and you won't be stuck having to use English and of course you will impress them with your fabulous Spanish. Overall well with written and organized. I'm glad I bought this and will use this on my trip coming up soon to Mexico
