We got this to replace a mattress in a 30 year old hide a bed couch. Fits perfectly. Far more comfortable than the previous mattress ever was. Had company sleep on it and they did not feel the bars through the mattress (and they are a large man). Very satisfied with the mattress.

The description says it's 4.5" thick. It's not.

Very comfortable

Purchased for a pull out sofa that we have had for many years which had its mattresses replaced twice. Since sofa bed mattresses are difficult to find I decided to try this type of mattress. It coul not be thicker than this size or it would not fold into sofa. This worked really well, was comfortable for my guests to sleep on. When it arrived it was in rolled up, wrapped and compressed thinner so when you unwrap it, let it sit for two to three days before using so it regains its shape and thickness.

I wish I could get my money back on this product!! First of all, it is only 2" thick, not the 4.5" advertised and written on the box. Very little comfort to it on a sofa bed frame. It is so thin, you feel every spring and bar.If I hadn't destroyed the box to get it out, I would have returned it ASAP!! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

If you absolutely need something to sleep on till you have the money for a bed, go for it. It's not the best thing ever. But it is better than the floor. Not sure it would be a good replacement for a sleeper sofa as suggested. With an equally thick mattress topper maybe. But as is it would feel uncomfortable as you'd feel the springs in the sofa frame. Thinner than expected.
