Fit, Function, Flawless so far
Great set of bags. nice and dry in the rain. lots of room. no rips or tears so far. over 10k on these and still kicking the hell out of the original vendor hard bags. SO MUCH ROOM. extra strap length to add more gear. Easily fits helmet one side, rain/winter jacket and pants on the other, which includes tools, tubes, and air, etc.I installed these on the original klr650 2023 racks. has never moved or given any issues.I would recommend to anyone traveling on a budget. No need to be a snob offroad.

Tough and versatile
Tough and well made. A little tedious to get it secure on a motorcycle, but it is very versatile and fits a lot of supplies.

Really, pretty good
For the money (mine were 120 bucks) these are really pretty decent.I have Them on my DR650 mounted to Tusk pannier racks. They mount up fine and fit snug enough. Paired with my old Bilt-Explorer roll top tail bag, I should have more than enough dry storage, and the weightis minimal. I like the semi rigid inserts, I run around town empty quite a bit and it gives them some shape so all the straps don't have to be sinched down..Reviews are mixed on the longevity of these bags, but for the $$, I like my odds.

Absolutely brilliant saddle bags
I live in Seattle and ride nearly every day, rain or shine. Summers, that's a lot of shine. Winters, a lot of rain. Stiffeners here not only keep the bag's shape when empty but help keep it sturdy for loading with a work satchel or groceries or whatever. The straps are long and the fastening hook takes a little getting used to, but it's intentional –– they will be invaluable on a longer trip where I want to not only secure the bag but also secure something *to* the bag. Very very pleased with purchase and highly recommend.

A Good Buy
Mounted on an 05 R1200GS.The price was right, in that yeah you get what you pay for. But the price was reasonable, the bags are well built and are lighter than hard bags. The stitching looks sound and the material is so that I feel confident it won't fall apart when the first bits of mud and rain hit them. I had a pair of Ortleib Dry Bag Saddlebags on a previous machine. The SE-3050s are similar in material and construction. However the metal buckles on the SE-3050s made them a better choice for me. And the Velcro cross-over straps on the SE-3050s are a little bit longer than the Ortleib (it appears, as I no longer have them). The included inner bags are a bit thin, but as long as you're careful with packing them they should hold up. I had to buy something similar separately for the Ortleib bags. I mounted the SE-3050s on Givi racks, so with the two front and two back straps on each bag these things won't be flopping around in the wind. And when (not if) I dump the bike, I can repair any rips or holes with yellow duct tape. Try doing that to a cracked hard plastic saddlebag. By the way, the back side protector pads are a larger than the bags themselves. So when you're strapping the bags to your bike and rack you'll be folding the pad edges a little around corners. I really recommend that you have some sort of rack to strap the front and back ends to. If you just mount it to your bike without one, there will be some flopping and moving around of the bags when strapping to just your frame and seat rails.

Great durable set of bags
Nelson Rigg is my go to for quality gear that does not cost an arm and a leg. I had the previous generation of these before and they lasted 5+ years of fairly serious adventuring.I installed these on my F800GS (with Happy Trail racks) and used them for a cross country adventure trip this spring. They stayed in place, kept my stuff dry, and did not mind the tip overs. The all metal hardware is a nice touch, since I’ve broken quite a few plastic clips on other bags. The inner liners work really well and it’s extremely convenient for taking stuff in and out of your motel room. I actually like this system better than taking the entire bag off, since the bags are often covered in dirt, and dragging all that into a hotel room is a jerk move. The pads between the bag and the racks look a bit goofy, but work well. The only downside to these is that they don’t breathe or drain at all. So after a few days you’ll start getting some condensation inside the bags. Just need to remember to air them out once in a while.

Incredible Value!
I bought this for my KLR650 for motocamping & adventure riding.*Disclaimer I haven't installed it yet, so I can't speak to installation or longevity. I will update my post once I've put it through its paces. The construction is WAY better than I expected. The material is VERY thick and the buckles and straps are top quality. If you are looking for bags for a 'round town bike, I'm sure there are systems that allow for quicker access, but If you need something that can take on the most demanding environments, this is the one for you. Seriously, I wouldn't be afraid to chunk this thing into a lake with my laptop inside. There is no way that water is getting into these while riding. The rigid inserts do a fantastic job of holding the bag's shape, even when not in use, which makes accessing the contents much easier. Also, if you are in an environment where dropping your bike is likely, it's much better to get your leg caught between the ground & a soft bag, rather than an aluminum pannier!
