Past its expiration date BEFORE it was shipped. Won’t issue refund or replacement.
Coffee tastes terrible. We ordered it on May 13. THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS 04:20/24. It was expired before it was shipped. They said it is not returnable.

Kinda sour
I know sour / acidic coffee has gotten popular for some awful reason, but coffee is supposed to be bitter / basic. Just not my preference, but it's cheaper than the brands I prefer (by a lot) online, so not bad in that case. I'm prob gonna try a different brand, though.
