This does the trick. Resealed headlights with no issues.

Seals as it should.
Used this to reseal my headlights I rebuilt with new lenses. Longest part was cleaning off the old glue from the housing. Baked them @215 for roughly 7-10 min. Checked and pressed the lens on further and put it in for another 5 min or so. A month later no issues, no moisture and is holding up well.

Very low quality
This is cheap Chinese quality. It works like plasticine, but not a sealant. I'll bring it back.
