Seems to run true to size. (I ordered a size up, as they were out of my size; it's slightly large, but wearable.) Fits well as a dance outfit. Looks very nice and pretty.

I recently purchased a dress to my daugher dancer concert. However, my excitement quickly faded after the first wash. The dress lost a significant amount of paint, leaving it looking faded and worn. While there are some positive aspects to this dress, I can't overlook the paint issue.

Our dance studio reworked our production of The Nutcracker and these were our “Hot Chocolate” costumes. They were beautiful out of the bag and the dancers said they were comfortable.

I didnotit use it for a dance recital. Never used it

This looks both elegant and playful, great for any routine. The material is silky and soft while being very well pit together. The embellishments on the shoulders are very pretty and sewed on well too.
