When I received the dress, I opened it immediately and fell in love because it is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous dress. I will unfortunately be running the dress. I am 5 feet 135 lbs And because the dress is so wide-sleeved and puffy skirt, it makes me look huge. So I’m going to give the dress five stars. It’s just not meant for my body type. So that has nothing to do with the product. Love the pockets!!! In had no clue until I tried it. Amazing dress. So well made good quality fabric yet light and airy fit.

Edit after original post:I decided to return it. I SO wanted to keep it because it’s adorable. Sadly I just couldn’t make it work.This dress (?) is adorable. It’s so beautiful and the quality is very nice. It definitely gives Free People/Anthro vibes. After reading the reviews carefully I came away with the consensus that it’s short. Perhaps a little too short for probably 90% of us. I ordered it anyways hoping that on my 5’3” frame that it may , fingers crossed, work. Well it didn’t. At least not as a dress. I adore this “dress” (I hesitate calling it a dress because generally speaking, it’s missing half of it) so much though, that I’m going to keep it and wear it with cropped denim bottoms and wear it as a tunic/babydoll top and pair it with a cute summery clutch, metallic sandals and statement earrings. If you can rock it as a dress- you go sister- more power to you! But if you can’t, no need to fret, wear it as a baby doll top and still rock it!

Fits a bit big, I sized down and had extra room, I did not dry with heat (that may help shrink it a little). It is well made and worth the money. Very chic, I wore to business retreat dinner.The cotton is nice and breathable, I didn’t sweat outside in the sun with 85 degree temps. It is not sheer but I wore white/tan under garments.

This arrived 6 days after it showed it had, arrived in a plastic mailer bag wadded up, unbuttoned, liner slip in a ball wad, the rope belt was hanging on one side other side was torn loose, it was horrible and it is also very very tiny. not a good purchase, did return but I must say, THIS DRESS I RECEIVED HAD BEEN WORN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

This dress is literally a Zimmerman dupe. Quality is the same as my $1000 Zimmermans. I’m 5’8”, 150 lbs and got an xl for the length. Luckily looks great oversized and able to tie the string in the back to get the fitted look in the front. It hits me mid thigh, slightly shorter than I would like as other reviews have mentioned but not uncomfortable. Just a length I need to be mindful of with sitting down with how flowy it is. For reference, I ordered the green and yellow paisley dress. High collar doesn’t lay as structured as illustrated in the photo but fixed that with some heavy starch spray and an iron.

This dress looks great online but it is so big and the colors and fabric are misrepresented. It is very good quality though. The picture is a medium dress. I should need an extra small! Way too expensive for what I received.

I’m a huge fan of Zimmerman dresses and this is a great dress that’s similar. The quality is that of a Zimmerman dress. The pictures on Amazon don’t do it justice. It’s sort of a heavy linen feel, the eyelets are brocade, the colors are absolutely beautiful. I ordered a large, I probably could go to a medium, but I’ll probably wear it with some fun espadrilles. I can’t wait!! Absolutely buy this dress! You won’t be sorry!

Looks and feels expensive. Like that there’s another thin white layer underneath. I would have to say, the dress is a bit short like others say. Would most likely wear biker shorts underneath.
