They really are Spyder (not a bad thing)
Arrived quickly. Couldn’t ask for more in packaging but maaaaayyyyy be a little out of my school to install correctly for warranty sake. I’m only attaching pics of the box, pkg, lights, and booklet just as they arrived.Note: Somebody mentioned the top of the projection beam is clipped. Actually that is deliberate so you don’t fry the eyes of up coming traffic...likely a Federal NHTS projection beam requirement as we’ve had them on the new vehicles we built and on my wife’s Chrysler 200.LEDs are funny things and respond to little nuances in your electrical system. The fellow who mentioned a separate hot lead and fuse was right-on. Good suggestion. Make sure everything is well sealed against moisture and salt spray CORROSION! Only take a few micro ohms to screw it up.Enuff said. Nice product. Hope the pics help. Thanks to the other folk who took time to answer my questions.Update: Idiot simple to install...three bolts. I don’t like led jewel lights so I sealed them off in the event I change my mind.Low beam is a little weak and YES! The top brow is clipped. I want to replace low beam bulb with led beam...but the high beam...HOLY SMOKES! They just look dope! With my stainless steel deer bashed and riveted grill...ho yeah!!!

Nice headlight for a renewed look on my 05 f150 and they even come with bulbs!
I like the look of the headlights and they seem to be made well. That being said the highbeam H1 lamp is easily moved so you have to be careful not to cause a misalignment. I struggled to correct this issue once it happened. The lowbeam projector is nice and I put in an led by beamtech that works perfectly and delivers great visibility over stock.NEED TO KNOW prior to install1) the metal clip on the far outsides of the lights are cheap keep the originals and replace them itll save some time later.2) replacement of any if not all bulbs is impossible without removing the whole light which is why #1 is key.3) the high beams will not take most h1 LEDs you need the fanless with the metal bands so they can be folded down.4) the secondary or style LEDs are best wired to the brown running light wire on the far outside of the lights.5) adjustments of the lowbeams can be done with a racheting wrench must have a slim tool or else the job requires removal yet again. and the lowbeams in mine where all the way down. FYI.

Factory Defect
**Update** After working with their customer service over the course of a week I have free replacements being shipped to me. Customer service reps were very professional. Some time could have been saved if more detailed notes were taken at the time of the initial call. All in all, this is a good company to buy from. Hoping it was just a fluke that the first set were broke.*Disclaimer* This is a long product review and not a company review. Will update after speaking to the company about these issues.Out of the box the fit and finish on these lights look great! Came packed very securely. On initial inspection they look flawless. Picked them up and something rattled inside. Found pieces of broken black plastic on the inside of the sealed housing. Upon a detail inspection I could not find any broken areas. Installed the lights and electrically they worked perfect. Problem came when I went to adjust the passenger side light. The adjustment screw had no tension on it and adjusting it in the up or down direction the headlight would not move. Second problem was when uninstalling the lights the retaining clips that are suppose to by factory design, snap in and out of the body panel will not snap out when pulled straight out on. This results in breaking the housing where the clip is mounted. The only other way to remove them would be to remove the radiator and radiator support to gain access to the back of them to pinch the clip together. All in all if they would have both worked correctly to begin with they would still be on my truck.

I LOVE THESE SO FAR..
I was picky of course when buying new headlights. I finally settled on these. They took a little bit of time to install because they come with extra wires for the smallest lights and the Halo lights. I absolutely love them now that they are on. I installed them on my 2007 F150 FX2 because the old headlights were looking old.. They update the look of the headlight so much. They remind me of the headlights on my wife's 2015 GMC Yukon. I cant say enough good things. They have bulbs already installed in the 2 areas that your factory headlight didnt have light before..so all you need is some time and knowledge and tools of course, but nothing crazy.

Bright beams take H1 bulb.
This is relatively easy to install on the F150. The halo LEDs needed to be soldered in. I upgraded all lights to LEDs. with the LEDs, the headlamps are much brighter and cleaner looking. I delayed installing the highbeams with LEDs until I discovered that they were H1. The H1 LED required the heat sink to be machine down to allow the retaining clip to fully engage the lamp. installing the Hakari H1 LED requires removing the metal housing for the high beam by removing 2 P1 Phillips head screws. after machining the heat sink the clips snapped in simply and then reinstall the metal housing in the headlamp assembles.

Look great, easy to install yourself.
I was a bit confused with some of the documentation regarding the installation. Because the LED's in these require splicing into the running light wires its obviously a bit more complicated then a standard swap out install. Only after watching this company's "how to" on wiring up the LED's did I figure out that the LED wiring didn't require the little connection converter box which is mentioned in the documentation provided with the lights. They just straight up get spliced to the existing wiring. Once that was figured out though everything went very easy. I have a 2008 F150 Fx2. These definitely updated the look of the truck. In conjunction with the raptor style grill the truck immediately looked like a newer model truck. I will update the review in a few months if I notice anything change in a shorter turn expected time frame.
