I was somewhat anxious because of the previous reviews but this is perfect for me. Not like you got a heavy duty wooden board, but it’s much lighter to carry around too, and sturdy enough to make quick sketches on it while on field. You can even enhance that if you take a notebook with a cardboard back. Haven’t yet used it in summer but it seems like it could take at least some heat. The clasp is great and can hold any amount of paper very well!

I wish it was a little bit more sturdy. Love the size though.

I use this clipboard for holding half size construction plans for site visits. Can hold a lot of plans. Board has some flex to it, but this doesn't hamper my use of it. I replaced my legal size clipboard with this one, and it was a good choice. Note, there isn't a place to clip a pen, and you might want some binder clips to help hold the other ends of the sheets.

Use this for my word finds. It's nice to have something sturdy for my lap and to hold up. Just wish it was a little firmer.

Bought this for my mom - she loves to do seek-n-finds and puzzle books - this worked great she can clamp the book open and it gives her a sturdy surface to write on. She absolutely loves it, she takes it to appointments and traveling - exactly what she needed!

I used this item out in my field work as an engineer designer, very useful tool!

Works great, plastic is bendy when compared to a regular clipboard/hardboard material so if you need a "rock-hard" platform to do your work, look elsewhere. I needed to draw piping diagrams, etc. while standing in the field so this is not the best option. It has since been repurposed as a vertical drawing holder in the office so all good.

The quality is very good and durable. Great for taking 11 x 17 plans out to job sites and holding a good volume of paper.Great for organizing and writing on.

purchased as part of a gift for my Dad for Christmas--he does a lot of adult colouring sheets & need a clip board that was not only larger but that was smooth so as not to make a ripple effect in his colours. This although a little expensive fit the bill perfectly
