This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Now I do not have to bother to convert inches to cm or mm. Very convenient

I haven't actually used this exact one. However, I have used my SIL's and love it. It's the reason I bought this one!

I love this ruler and do to reach for it often to convert cm or mm to inches. No more typing in the google searches.

This ruler packs a lot of info into a small space without seeming cramped and it lives up to the claim of being easy to read. The colors make it easy to focus on just inches or just metric. On the inches side, it's awesome that they managed to squeeze in the numbers for the 16ths - this makes it a lot easier for me to avoid mistakes. (There's even one inch at the end that's numbered in 32nds.) Also, because the numbers grow in size with the larger fraction, it makes it easier to pick out just how accurate you want to measure. The white isn't especially bright but the matte finish help to remove reflections. The plastic itself is fairly stiff and can be bent about 1.5". The only real drawback is that like most plastic rulers, it doesn't start at 0", so you have to line everything up with the 0 mark. On the metal ruler, it starts at 0 but the edges are a bit sharp (easy fix with a file). Also, the metal ruler has cork on the bottom which lifts the metal ruler about 1mm off the item being measure which could introduce some marking errors.

This ruler is just what I was looking for. However, it comes with a label, which has to be chiseled off with your thumbnail, leaving a sticky residue. I used Goof-Off to clean it up. However, why can't the manufacturer use a label that peels off easily?

I love all the markings from the same direction on both sides and each mark has the measurement.Very cool.......BUT....... Why does every manufacturer of a ruler not have the end edge begin at ZERO?Doesn't anyone ever want to use the end to measure distance out from something?The ends always have another 1/8" or more...... I had to sand down the edge to get it flat with the 1st marking of ZERO. Such a simple and obvious thing that seems only myself has been noticing for decades. LOL .....

I love this ruler, it has all the size measurements and it is a great hard plastic that is durable. Great quality. I’ve purchased 2.
