Creatine powder disgusts me. I cannot drink it— it does not blend with anything. Water, juice, coffee, etc. It always has that gritty texture. It might be more cost effective, but only if you actually take it every day, which I did not.I switched to capsules in September 2024 and it has helped me stay consistent with my creatine intake. I’ve definitely felt results! My body looks pretty much the same but my strength gains have been noticeable— especially for my upper body strength as a woman.The pills are bit big, but if you shop around, the smaller pills from other brands need you to take 6+ pills per day (and they’re not even much smaller).In my opinion, these capsules are the best bang for your buck. Large but manageable in size, affordable options to buy in bulk, and third party tested. Good quality all around.

These are amazing quality and have done so well for my stomach which I was very concerned about. No indigestion or discomfort. I already see a difference in my pain levels and focus.
