I bought this so I could listen to things like interviews, TED talks, etc., from my phone while doing things like grocery shopping without annoying other people or holding my phone to my ear the whole time. It's an excellent solution for that - lightweight, comfortable, clear BT connectivity, a very thin long-enough cord that retracts with push of a button, and holds a charge for quite a while. I liked it so much that I bought another one to use with my tablet for things like audiobooks and TV shows/movies. If you're looking for a high-end headset with a transformative sound experience, this is not the device you want. OTOH, if you're looking for a utilitarian BT earbud with a very small footprint and push-button retraction at a very affordable price, this little workhorse could be just what you're looking for! If I have to say one negative thing, it would be that its charging port is micro-USB, not USB-C, but that's very minor since I still have micro charging cables lying around and new ones are still readily available online and in stores.

This product is a great handsfree product when using your cell phone for talking and driving, or just moving around the house listening to music in general. Delivery was fast and on time as expected. It has great sound quality and the battery charge carries you for a long while!

This is my 4th order of this product, this is the only one that the talk bottom get stuck, & the when you push the bottom to retract the ear piece it don't retract all the way. I am disappointed with this one.

I have only had this item 6 months. I purchased it in July. I did not use it often, but now in my current job I found myself using it more frequently. Yesterday after pulling it out to use it a couple of times, the protective tubing around the wires came off. Today, Some of the wires came out and it no longer works. I imagine that if I had used it more often, it would have broken before now. This is the second one I have had and the second time something has gone wrong. It works when it works. This is a product I do not recommend.

This was purchased for someone who had suffered a stroke and lost the use of one side of their body. It's great because it can be clipped somewhere convenient and they can easily deploy it themselves and retract it when not in use - all with one hand! Docked one star because it is difficult to differentiate between the middle button (call answer / hang up) and the volume up and down buttons above and below the middle button. The call button (middle button) should have a different texture and/or height to be easily identified without needing to look at it. Can be fixed with a piece of grip tape put on the call button.

I don't know if my product is faulty or not, but when I put the bud iny ear it goes almost completely quiet. When outside my ear, I can hear it clearly. I tried both ears, cleaned of any wax, and check it see if the bud was clogged. The product worked well at first. So I'm not sure exactly what happened. The design is perfect for what I need, but when the bud malfunctions it's completely unless. **Edit. They replaced the unit free of charge and the new one has worked flawlessly.

lasted 3 months cord to earpiece broke.

I absolutely love this headset I always have one for backup ❤️
