i dont know what these complainers are moaning about..this is a fine chair at a very competative price.very easy to assemble with the tools provided.i have put 3 of them together. i find these chairs very comfortable and great looking. would highly recommend. this is a quality peice of furnature at a very competative price.

Sits great, reclines great and feels great but only for a week before it broke. Assembly was easy enough for me the first time but got annoying having to tear it apart to fix a glaring design flaw. The chair feels great and is very comfortable but the swivel base is a pile of garbage. The chair sits on a carpet floor and every time you swivel or move the chair the base ring and swivel rollers fall apart and the chair collapses.I’ve disassembled the chair 3 times, used liquid nails on the plastic rollers to try and hold them in place and they keep breaking. My only solution was to cut a piece of 3/4” plywood, stain it to the color of the chair and sit the chair on the plywood and screw the base down so it won’t swivel and break again. It works but, but defeats the purpose of buying a swivel chair. For the hassle I wouldn’t suggest buying this chair.

The chair was easy to put together in some areas, but rather difficult when trying to screw in other areas with the Allen wrench supplied. The padding design on the chair needs to be redesigned as it doesn't feel as comfortable as it should. I am six foot two inches and the arm rest on the chair are way too low and should be made to adjust the height. Over all I am not as pleased with this chair as I thought I would, but that's the risk you take buying on line I guess. I would not recommend this chair to anyone else.

This is perhaps the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. The assembly is virtually impossible. Attaching the armrests is extremely difficult. To make matters worse, the armrest does not fit around the lever for the reclining mechanism, and to make it fit, the handle broke off. I am pretty good at assembly, but this one is by far, the worst case of engineering I have ever seen. Amazon wants me to contact the manufacturer, which of course, is not available on weekends. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!! Update: The manufacturer finally sent me a replacement. They sent the entire seat portion of the chair. So, after taking the chair apart, and back together again with a new seat, I now have a fully functional chair. It is very comfortable and relines just enough so I can still see my TV. I like the chair now, a lot, but BEWARE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS. THE ARM INSTALLATION IS VERY ODD, PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SIDE YOU ARE PUTTING THEM ON.

Couldn't be happier with this choice for the RV. For the price, the quality is excellent, finish is good and quite comfortable with the foot rest. Just barely fit thru the motorhome door and locates perfectly at the dining table when traveling. Perfect addition to the coach for watch TV, reading or taking a NAP! Assembly required a bit of finesse and tweaking but with mediocre mechanical skills you can get it together... Pay no attention to the negative reviews; get someone else to assemble it if you struggle.

I paid nearly $500 for this chair, less than a week later it was marked down to $380... To say I feel cheated is an understatement. I have bought more than half a dozen chairs from Amazon and can definitively say that it is entirely a waste of money. This chair is not even worth $380 let alone the nearly $500 I paid for it. It's slightly more comfortable than most of the other chairs I have purchased but it seems quite small, and cheaply made. After over 5 years of buying chair after chair, take it from me, make sure you can actually sit in a chair before you buy it. I have wasted thousands of dollars on a bunch of chairs I can't even use. Officially my last Amazon furniture purchase, I have finally learned my lesson...

I've had a form of this chair for over 15+ years.. I just love the style and sturdiness of this Recliner w/Ottoman!! I use it with a mobile desk to sit/work at my computer for hours. I do add an extra seat cushion & butt pillow.. as I have a back/coccyx issue and I'll add a link to the ONLY butt pillow that has ever helped me sit longer than 1 hour at a time!!My Wish List.. the chair is 21" wide and I wish they'd have a 24" version for bigger people (6' 2" & 230lbs),also, the height to the top of the seat is 13" (so I add 3" office wheels to the base to accommodate my long legs),and a bit more padding would make this a perfect recliner/lounger but for $219 it's still a great buy!!I absolutely love Amazon Prime w/their 2 day delivery and No hidden shipping cost/fee's as many do.. which, I've had to pay in the past. Special thanks to Flash Furniture.. at 1st I was informed it would not arrive until Monday via Prime (weekend +1 day) but I got a surprise on Saturday and I was sitting in my comfy chair by Sat. night!! :)The best back/coccyx seat cushion that goes great w/this chair:Kölbs Cushions Premium Foam Ring Cushion, Black

I purchased 2 recliners. Very stylish looking. comfortable as well. would buy again.

Great chair and I got it on sale too! It took months and months to arrive to the point where I had forgotten about it so I took off one star but it looks great, wasn't too hard to put together (took my friend about an hour) and its sooo comfy!

came with a cracked wooden support,the arms are almost imposible to line up,and screw in.not good
