Reliable all-purpose flour for everyday baking
This is a very good all-purpose flour that works well for a wide variety of recipes. I have used it for baking and general cooking, and the results have been consistently good. The flour has a fine, even texture, mixes easily, and produces dependable results for breads, cookies, cakes, pancakes, and other homemade foods. The 5-pound bag is a practical size for regular household use, and the quality is excellent for the price. Gold Medal is a reliable brand, and this flour performs exactly as expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

The best flour around
This is really good flour. I had it on auto delivery to my gluten free sister in law and she treated it like radioactive isotopes so you know that’s quality gluten

A good food product
The product itself is of great quality. I've been using this brand for quite some time; even before purchasing it through Amazon, which gave me better Price options

Classic Flour
This has always been a standard flour in my family. Good size and good price. The amount is double for a 4 lb. Anyway, the texture, quality, and ease of use still remains even to this very day. Very versatile for frying chicken, which is my mother's go to favorite dish with harvard beets, white rice with gravy, and biscuits. When I received the package there was flour spilling out of its plastic case. Hopefully, next time it will be sealed with ribbed heavy duty tape, in case happens again.
