Do all the figures fit in the foam?

Yes, all the BASE GAME minis fit in it along with all the books and tokens and what not. The box will be about half an inch taller but its nothing to worry about from my experience, the foam is soft but sturdy enough to not break. None of the expansions will fit in it thought.

Do sleeved cards fit in this organizer?

Probably not. The Blackstone fortress cards fit into the slots just right, as they are.

This looks very cool! Are their plans to make a foam insert for the expansions?

There are foam trays for the expansions but they are meant to fit proprietary boxes

Hey there, while it might fit i would say it couldn't fit the whole deck comfortably. I've actually just use a deckbox for all the cards and keep the other parts in the box.
