Comfy yet Sturdy + non adhesive
At first when I realized these didn't have adhesive I was like oh no! But then actually was happy they don't because I realized I can wash them and also use them in other shoes rather than sticking them in one pair and that's it until they get old. Now I will probably get better use out of them. Also they are super comfortable and fit my shoes perfectly so I would say they are true to size. They are definitely memory foam but not mushy where you feel it flattens after one wear. But cushioned and sturdy so you feel you have some support and it's not going to just smush down and flatten. I'm happy and have worn now for a few days non stop in one pair. I bought for a particular pair of shoes I have that I love their soles for the thickness but the insides were horribly flat, hard, and uncomfortable. These pads have transformed the shoes so now I can wear and love them inside and out.

Okay.
Worked for a little while. I'm pretty big, I needed something thicker.

Very comfortable, available in half-sizes, true to size, 5 mm thickness seems to be sufficient
The inner soles of my Rockport ProWalker shoes wore out. The place where the ball of my right foot hits actually wore completely through. There is a hole in the original inner sole. I take only a size 7.5 shoe so I wanted to get a replacement inner sole of the exact size that I needed. This product has half-sizes over a range of sizes. I put the inner soles into my Rockport ProWalker shoes today and walked 2.8 miles, my usual daily distance, more or less. I never do have pain, so I can't comment on pain relief. However, these inner soles were very comfortable. The original inner soles had sort of sides on them in the heel area. The replacement inner soles are flat. Otherwise, they are a very close replacement. These don't have arch supports if you are looking for that, but that is okay with me. I don't need arch supports. There are a variety of choices for whatever size you select. I chose the beige 5 mm thick inner soles. I may try 8 mm the next time just to see how that thickness feels. However, if I was only offered in the 5 mm thickness I would be satisfied. I have read reviews of various brands of inner soles that say you should get a size that is a half size smaller than your shoe size. I disagree. I take a 7.5 size shoe and bought a 7.5 size inner sole. It fits perfectly. The inner soles are flat when you get them, but after wearing the shoes for a day, they now conform to the bottom of the shoe. They are comfortable. It is a good product at a good price. I recommend it.

Comfortable, but quality is questionable.
I used these insoles for a while, and they were very comfortable. I walk a lot and use them pretty much every day. My complaint is that the foam seems to rub off after a while, and my toes eventually dug through the whole insole.

If you are planning on using these in your Converse Chuck 70 shoes read this
I bought these specifically to use in my Converse Chuck 70 hi tops. I’m sure that most people are not aware but the insoles in Converse Chuck 70s are not always the same. They have at least two different versions, possibly more. So unfortunately, if you get a pair that have the harder insoles it’s a noticeable step down in comfort; at least that’s how it is for me. I’ve had Sketcher shoes that came with memory foam insoles and they were pretty good. Quite comfortable. So I thought I would give these a shot. The first thing I noticed is that these are quite hard initially. Just gripping them as I was taking them out of the package felt like super dense and very stiff foam. As I put them in my shoes I noticed that they fit very well. Just to clarify, Chuck 70s run large so I wasn’t sure what to expect but these insoles fit well without any kind of modification. As soon as I put my shoes on I was disappointed. I knew that I was getting flat insoles and that’s what I wanted; arches in insoles bother me. However, these are too thick at the ball of your foot and your toes and definitely not thick enough at the heel. And what I mean by that is that even though they look flat it feels like the heel is thinner than the ball/toe area. Logic would say that this is just because more of your weight goes where the heel rests on the insole… Anyway the thickness of the toe area makes the shoe too tight now and it feels a little strange but I probably could get used to it. The heel, however, it’s just extremely uncomfortable now. I spent time walking around and there was no way this was going to improve to a point where I could wear these daily. As I took them out I noticed that the insoles felt a little bit softer but they also felt thinner in the heel and took quite a while to bounce back into the original shape so I’m guessing that these would just eventually compress to the point where they really didn’t feel like memory foam. That is just an assumption on my part. I do not recommend these insoles. For now I will be going back to the original Chuck 70 insoles and continue my search for insoles that are an improvement.
