This pencil sharpener is so good it also doesn’t even take long to sharpen the pencils and it works well the design is good,the sharpness is also good the value for money is not bad.

I don’t have much to compare this to other than ones I’ve used many years ago. However this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a bit big for my desk but it works very well. I’ve recently gotten back into drawing and have been sharpening pencils the old fashioned way and this is so so much better! Easy to use and powerful!

I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this particular model. I've had it for just one year, have hardly used it and it isn't working at all. Won't sharpen. Sounds like a light weight motor when a pencil is inserted. I'm giving it a thumbs down!

Needed to buy a new pencil sharpener, as my battery operated one was getting very tired. It had been used a lot by my wife, who likes to draw with colored pencils. Looked at a number of battery operated pencil sharpeners, however decided on the Bostitch Electric Pencil Sharpener. The ratings were good and with electric no more changing batteries. Also batteries really should be thrown in regular trash, but to lazy to get them to a recycle depot. Anyways this is a nice pencil sharpener!Pros: Good value. multiple colors to choose from. Excellent power cranks through even brand new pencils to a precision point, very quickly. (Something my battery operated one lacked)Cons: Takes a bit of practice to get the point sharp but not too sharp that the tip breaks when using it. The case is larger than I thought it would be, which on me as the dimensions were in the ad.Having to plug the sharpener in, one loses the portable of battery operated portable device.All in all, my wife and I are happy with our purchase. I don't just recommend products, I strive to be honest as noted in my other reviews. Recommended.

Really great pencil sharpener, auto stop when pencil is sharp. Not a large item but works great.Battery works great & for a decent length of time.

I bought this pencil sharpener for my office (I work in a school). It does what you'd expect a pencil sharpener to do. It sharpens pencils quickly and effortlessly and doesn't take up much space. The power cord is of acceptable (if a little short) length and the bin for the shavings is generous.So far I've had it for a few years now, and it's still plugging along, so it seems that it's quite reliable.

Definitely easy to use for all of my art / sketching materials. The fact that it's powered with an electric cord instead of a battery makes it easier to sharpen things with the motor shutting down.

Love this electric pencil sharpener. We sharpen a lot of pencils in our house and this works great. Nice and compact to sit on a deck.
