My best purchase ever!!! It’s everything I need, grill, griddle, plus easy to clean, portable! I use it 4-5 times a week. It holds 8+ Bubba burgers at a time. I definitely don’t need to spend $300 for a gas griddle.

I love this thing. It has so much cooking space. The only bad thing is the plates are difficult to put on and take off.

I love everything about this grill except that the heat numbers on the dials wore off after a few weeks. Great surface, much better than ceramic, and cleans easily. It does take a few minutes to heat up but I just start it on high.

Great addition to any kitchen. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great for eggs, hamburgers or a nice steak.

Works better than it stated. Love having a place big enough for me to make my family pancake to steaks... The only problem is my husband cannot see the temp gage due to it being so little and blends in with the dial. Cooking time is cut in half because I can cook multiple things at once. Easy to clean

I purchased this for the convenience of having two separate cooking areas. Which is great. However, this is NOT the product to invest in. First off, there is no on-and-off switch. So the device either needs to be plugged and unplugged every time you use it, or you have to live with 3 lights on all the time. PITA. I swapped out the 2-gang receptacle for a switched receptacle so that I could keep in plugged in and turn it on and off. The second problem is that the knobs are cheaply designed and easily break. No idea if one can purchase them separately. Maybe you can and that is how they are hoping to make money. Lastly, there is no means of properly balancing the device on a counter in that the bottom pads are not adjustable in any way. So, if you happen to not have a perfectly flat counter, your oils and eggs will not stay in place.

I purchased this item due to the better heating coil pattern under the surface. I use this to cook bacon and pancakes. So there is a lot of grease. The drip pan access in the middle is a great idea, but the pans don't have enough tilt to draw the grease to the drip pan. I'm not sure how this happens, but a lot of grease gets on the pan beneath the heating coils and into the plastic body of grill. While cleaning the cooking surfaces, I will also tip the griddle on its side, so the grease will run out onto a paper towel. I did disassemble the unit once to try giving it a deep cleaning. One operating note, if you are used to using an electric griddle where the heating element is fused to the cooking surface, you will have to use a higher heat on this unit to match the cooking temperature. The cooking surface on this unit does not touch the heating element, so it is not a direct transfer of heat. Not a problem, just something to know.
