Used in a Shrimp dish
Was preparing a special Shrimp dish and needed good Fettucine noodles - they were exceptional, just a bit expensive. Would recommend and will purchase again.

Being a flat noodle, the pasta flavor was lost. I overcooked it, even though testing it.
I have had fresh pasta, but not dried fresh pasta in other products.This pasta did not have that special taste that some boxed pasta has.

For the money, I would say buy another pasta. It arrived broken in pieces. The pieces tasted great, but weren’t very pretty.
