I love this alert bracelet! I ordered the black band because I wanted it to look more like jewelry. There’s enough room to include what’s important on both sides when needed. Since this order, I’ve ordered another with other information, due to me having had a brain aneurysm device in my head! The information on the card they sent, will now be on my alert bracelet just in case I’m unable to show the information when needed. This is an excellent buy, it can be adjusted to fit your wrist and it’s very, very comfortable. I never take it off, plus you can bathe with it on. I would highly recommend this.

Given that the bracelet was sent from China, I received my bracelet in a timely manner, and it was exactly as described. It is a little loose, but I can adjust it to fit. The only thing that I really disliked was that the bracelet they sent has incorrect information engraved onto the frontside of it. No one should ever wear a medical alert bracelet with invalid information, especially if it is on the side that has the particular medical affliction of which you are trying to make strangers and those working in emergency response professions aware while wearing it. The engraving was nicely done in the font that I requested, but as I wrote, the frontside was incorrectly engraved. I was a little peeved initially due to the wrong engraving combined with the 10 to 15 days waiting for it to arrive. However, that went away as soon as I contacted the vendors. They responded almost immediately to address my inquiries. They were also very friendly and offered to either replace it at no charge or to issue me a full refund. I chose to replace it, and I am currently awaiting its arrival. I am positive that our correspondence was crystal clear on both sides and know they will ship the correct bracelet to me this time. However, if they do not, then I will certainly amend this review to reflect that in the future. I rated this with 5 stars because the product itself seems durable and not made of shoddy materials. The bracelet’s connections with the medical identifier all seem to be very sturdy, and the connections that join the bracelet itself to the clasping seem to be just as sturdy and durable as any watch that I have ever purchased. Durability can only be judged over a lapse of time, but I don’t see it as an issue in the future. The final reason for my rating was due to the excellent customer support, understanding, and friendliness. All that being written, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I am sure that they receive many orders, and a slip up in translation, or any simple mistake is going to happen over time. From a probabilistic point of view, if the probability measure of shipping something from their factory/store that is incorrect is remotely “small” it is is most certainly not an impossibility. I can not reasonably blame them if my event fell into that category, and their customer assistance drove that point home to me. I hope that this does not go off topic, but I mentioned probability above because there are many negative reviews written about vendors that are unwarranted. Errors are always likely to happen, and can easily happen with any order placed online. i for one see no logical reason to penalize the vendors if they are willing to work with you to fix the mistake. Contact them first, and then if you are still unsatisfied them write your review and deduct stars as you see fit, but if you have made no effort to make reach out and make corrections, then you shouldn’t write a review. That is exactly why I waited to write this review, and why I did not deduct any stars from their rating for this product.

This is the best medical bracelet I have gotten. It fits comfortable, I was able to customize it with the medical problem, my name, phone number, my husband's name and my son's name and phone number!

Everything was as expected.

I wanted a bracelet with a place to engrave on both sides of the plate. It does that well. You can fit a lot of information on it. The color is uglier than online. It's bulky and not at all comfortable. I do like the safety latch, it's easy to open and close. I won't be wearing it and I'm searching for something else. It also takes a long time to get so be patient. I think it would fit a man better than a woman personally. Back to seaching for something more appropriate for my wrist.

I bought this bracelet for my betterhalf and it is safe. It won't break and even during hard work all is good and very easy to take off once you remove the fastener.I recommend this product.

The band is super comfy to wear and would fit up to quite large wrists as there are many notches on the band.The medical alert part is clear to read and very well made.I am very happy with this product and would recommend it!
