Finely ground. My new go to sugar! Better than I expected and cheaper than Florida Crystal sugar which was my previous go to. Great for the cost if you wnat wuality ingredients.

Zip Bag Broke
This is my second bag that the zip lock seal has broken. I was very careful with this one. The zip lock strip separated from it's mount the first time I carefully tried to open it! This is why I give one star for now 🌟 Make me happy 😊Update:I have revised to 5 stars. I was hoping to get your attention on the zip lock. The sugar is excellent.
