I bake bread once a week for my husband. I have been using Fleishman yeast for years. When my local store no longer carried it, I knew I could get it from Amazon. I didn't mind that it cost more, but I was not happy that the lid was loose on one of the jars and a considerable amount of the yeast was lost. I would suggest that the lid be taped before shipping.

I love this east I keep mine in the refrigerator because the humidity in Florida works well and my bread machine
