Easy to Swallow With A Double Benefit
You're getting Omega 3's and CQ-10 a double whammy and great for your heart.

Does the job, no fish-oil burping
Omega-3s are recognized as healthy, but I've always used a grain based supplement, as the fish oil one was rejected by my stomach & would come back up the minute it was ingested. This doesn't cause me any issues.

My must have since I take a statin
Statins can potentially affect muscles so there are studies that indicate taking ubiquinone is good for that. This is my go-to brand for top quality ubiquinol and ubiquinone. You can use CoQ10 which is a little bit cheaper but does not disseminate in the body as well as ubiquinol.

I love this product it has helped improve the health of my heart.The softgel is easy to swallow, and it has not caused me any stomach upset.It's a supplement that has worked awesome for me.

read up on drug or other supplement interactions
Purchased Ubiquinol with fish oil as daily supplement but had to stop it after I developed nosebleeds after a good week of taking in. Took 1 pill every am. Read up on it and should not be taken with baby aspirin or any other meds/supplements that act as blood thinners. I had stopped the baby aspirin when I started Q10 and did not know until I specifically read up on nosebleeds and Q10. Also not to be taken if undergoing radiation for cancer. I'm not a physician but it shows that every supplement can have potential interactions or effects on your body. Other than that I can recommend, just did not work for me....
