The only thing that I don't like is how the comb feature for your hair moves around so it can be tricky to keep it straight while using it. But this is the most amazing thing I've ever used.

So far so good. I bought this mainly for the high frequency wand and have used it twice so far, going up in strength from 1 to 2 without issue. I'm using with gauze instead of their serum. The instructions are simple & easy to understand. Will report back once I have some initial results.

Love this product for blemishes and hair growth. It’s a bit difficult to store because of all the glass attachments but I just kept the box and foam insert for safe storage. Has worked great for clearing up breakouts. Makes a great gift for any occasion

Upon researching, I learned that THIS DOES NOT PRODUCE IMMEDIATE RESULTS! It takes 6-8 weeks before you see any changes. Had I known that, I honestly would not have ordered it.Oh my carpal tunnel, LOL, this is my second pure device and it’s just as uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. I have to take a little break because it’s a work out. I used this a total of 4.5 minutes the first two times. I increased it to 5 minutes per area thereafter which is the time those with results stated they used it. I increased the electric pulse as well and I did not get zapped because I moisturized my face HEAVILY prior.Let me just alert buyers to the lack of customer service with this. Two of my Argon tubes do not work. I registered my warranty immediately and did reach out for assistance but was treated poorly. I still have not received my two replacement tubes.I purchased the High Energy Hyaluronic Serum from Pure that they suggest using with the wand so that it glides smoothly & hydrates. It helps the thin glass glide, flakes and turns white so you’ll have to clean your skin again after treatment, and it’s a simple lubricant so no need to purchase it, you can buy a cheaper lube elsewhere.In comparison, when using my LED Face Therapy mask (with all 7 colors) using primarily red, blue, white, and purple, I achieved gorgeous, clear, soft skin in the first week.Keep your box because it’s the only way to store it. They suggest you do not use oils and acids after treatment. I used my skincare products after and it did not bother my skin. Since I started using it, MY CYSTIC ACNE has increased!!! Bummer. No skin brightening effects and no even tone just yet either.Sebum control, YEAH RIGHT!!! My oil is still poring through my pores. I did not purchase this product because of the hype, I have real skin goals and I have a feeling I won’t reach them utilizing this. They have a long tube that is supposed to treat your body (tummy area, bikini area, face) but mine DOESN’T WORK!!! I’m not thrilled, not happy nor am I satisfied.

Great product, has worked really well. My only complaint is that the silver ending detached from one the glass wands and I’m now having trouble taking it out the device:/ So now I can’t use any of the other attachments because the other one is stuck in there. For being so expensive I would think they would have made it better quality.
