I got this for our wedding photo booth, and the guests loved it! It worked great and the pictures look natural and beautiful! It wasn't quite tall enough to stand on it's own tripod, so we just put it on a table and that worked well. The phone attachment fits any type of phone which was great.

The light cover popped off and would not go back on after just a couple of months. You’ll see in the pic that I taped it back on. Then a lot few months later, the base of the light fixture that attaches to the stand just completely broke off. This thing just didn’t last very long. Also, I don’t like how it’s not easy to keep the tripod even and how it’s hard to get the phone in and out. The instructions on how to use the device are incomplete and not clear, so setting it up and changing the settings was always a challenge.Positives: the light is strong; the remote is helpful; I like that the light doesn’t ever dim because it has a cord and stays plugged in

As a novice photographer, I wanted a ring light and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it since I'm fairly new to this. Luckily, I came across this company. I got both a great price and a quality product. The light has 3 different tones, all of which have 10 (I think) levels of brightness. All of the tones and brightness levels are beautiful, crisp and greatly improve photos and videos.The tripod is sturdy and lightweight. I needed a lightweight tripod for the light because my camera tripod and other camera accessories weigh me down enough. The tripod has a built-in level, and I think that is a nice added feature. I had no idea that it was on the tripod until I took it out of the box, so it was a pleasant surprise.The phone clip is very study and holds my phone perfectly. There is another phone clip included just in case your phone doesn't fit in the standard one, and I appreciate the fact that it is included because it's one less thing one has to buy if needed.The cord is a good length. The controls on the cord allow you to turn the light on/off and change the tone/intensity (brightness). I have to say that I do wish that the +/- buttons were next to one another instead of the button to switch the tone being in the middle of them. I'll get used to it, though!It comes with a nice carrying case for both the ring light and the tripod.
