When ording this cake pan I thought the description said 2 pans but when I received it it was only one

Love this mold! Easy to use and clean!

Wish the center tube a bit higher
It is for angel cake, not chiffon cake, so the tube is a bit too short for the latter. But it worked well and easy to clean. Very good product in general.

Great for a mini Angel Food cake!
Made a mini angel food cake and it came out perfect. Just be careful to reduce your recipe a bit - or do not fill with all of your batter.

Perfect!
I used this cake pan for my pound cake as I needed to make a smaller size. It worked beautifully. I normally make a full sized pound cake and this was the first time making a "small" one. Note: if you are used to making a full size cake, the baking time will be reduced (at least mine was) with this smaller pan. I highly recommend it.

Good price
I grudgingly to keep it because it is a super good price for three pieces cake pan. The round cake piece fits very good but the tube piece does not fit perfectly. It still works for both way.

It's hard to find an aluminum cake pan in such size here. Perfect for 2 person. It comes with 2 bottoms so it's more versatile than regular angel food cake pan.
