You can find plenty of reviews of this device in YouTube videos detailing how both dangerous and completely ineffectual this device is.Concerning the ineffectiveness of it, if you look up comments about this device by people who can explain the chemistry behind it, you discover that the impurities are actually nothing more than the colours of compounds formed from the disintegration of the device's electrodes caused by the electrolysis it effects. To name a few examples amongst the colours, the green and brown precipitates are compounds formed from oxidation states for iron from the steel electrode whilst any white precipitate is from compounds formed from the aluminium electrode. Furthermore, even though the device may not cause precipitation in distilled water, don't automatically think that this has anything to do with the cleanliness of the water; it's because of an absence of CONDUCTIVITY in the distilled water. You can confirm this by adding salt to the distilled water to make it more conductive, and then watch as this device will now show that your distilled water (with table salt) is '!apparently!' as dirty as your tap water. The reason why this happens is that the salt makes the distilled water solution conductive (like tap water is), allowing the electrolysis to take place and degrade the electrodes as precipitate into the water. The colours are almost certainly not caused by water content!And now onto the device's safety... or total lack thereof! It doesn't surprise me that the designers have demonstrated about as much responsibility when it comes to the device's safety as they have in ensuring that the device's functionality is based on sound science, i.e. none. YouTubers have looked inside these things and there's no transformer or anything like that to reduce the power output leading to those rods that you attach. When you hold the plastic casing of this device in your hand whilst it is plugged into the mains and switched on, your hand is inches away from a LIVE electrical connection. Imagine sticking a pair of steel kitchen utensils into an electrical outlet in your home and having to be careful not to touch them. That's basically what you have here... POTENTIALLY DEADLY!Avoid (literally) at all costs!
