One of the connectors broke during installation and the seller didn't have the necessary part in stock to replace. They refunded 100% of my payment. I got a local plumber to fix it. I didn't save anything by I really appreciate sellers' customer service.

This shower is nicely designed and very easy to put together. Unfortunately, when we drained it for the winter, the very bottom did not drain all the water out and it cracked. We were unable to fix it, and the manufacturer would not allow us to buy just the bottom part. This was our fault. The company has very good customer service and responded to all my questions in a timely manner so we ordered another one. I like this item because it’s tall enough for my husband who is 6’4”. We only get sunshine for about three hours as we live in the woods. It’s warm enough to rinse off after a hot tub. Be aware that it has a very small base that has to be screwed into a secure foundation. We used wood into the ground. Make sure you use Teflon for your connections. It has been difficult to get a good seal so we have a stopcock at the hose connection that we turn off as well. Good shower for the price.!

I've bought this shower before and it worked until I accidentally left it out in the winter. We bought the same one but it was a little different connection where the hose went. My husband put it together a couple months after I got it and surprise- it doesn't work despite multiple hours trying to get the bottom adapter to not spit out. It won't fill up and something is wrong w the hose inside so it's completely useless. Over $150 wasted. Look elsewhere. Def. Disappointing especially since I don't have the $ to buy another one

This solved a lot of issues for my outdoor shower. I live just a few yards from the ocean and most shower fixtures tend to corrode and fall apart in a single season. This one including all the fixtures are made from PVC. This gives me 10 gallons of hot water and sleek design for my outside shower. The only downside is that the installation materials only account for a cement installation... My mount was on a wood foundation and had to find lag bolts for installing.

This is my 2nd outdoor solar shower that I have purchased in 3 years.Easy set up and instructions. Be sure to use Teflon tape on all water connections.My first shower burst/cracked on the upper tank portion after 3 years of use. I think this was mainly due to the 110° hot sunny days here in central Texas.Overall very pleased with this type of solar shower.

Great outdoor shower! Perfect option for my outdoor pool deck without breaking the bank. The shower has been working great. No leaks. Pleasantly surprised how warm the water gets after a few hours of sun. The shower was very easy to assemble. Definitely recommend Teflon on all threaded parts and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN FAUCETS!Would definitely recommend. Great purchase. Seems like it will last for quite a while. Lizard approved.

Cost too much feels like a gimmick.
