I was hesitant to go with this because of the lack of reviews. But I searched up and down and this seller, Blair Technology Group, has gotten rave reviews from a LOT of customers. If you look at the specs on this system and shop around, you'll soon discover that this is an unbeatable price. Mine came as quick as was promised and in great shape. I wasn't aware of the fact that this came with a keyboard and a mouse. So now I have spares!Setting it up was a breeze. Plug the little Wifi adapter into one of the many USB ports, connect a keyboard, mouse and monitor, plug it in and turn it on. It powered up with a fresh installation of Windows 10. After going through all the guided installation with Microsoft, the nice, clean desktop came up.The speed is as expected. Everything works great. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing another one of these!

Three strikes and you're out. The first refurbished PC of this model was returned because the USB ports became intermittent in less than 30 days. The replacement arrived and worked great for two weeks, then suffered a hard disc crash never to boot again. Stupidly I ordered a third PC, same model, same vendor, and it was delivered essentially DOA with a screen message reading no connection to boot media. It was in the hands of UPS for return less than two hours after delivery and I will never make this mistake again.

I bought this with the expectation that I'd be able to multitask. Boy did this thing deliver! I had a small issue with the optical drive but that was quickly rectified via email with customer support. Though this is a refurb, you'd never know it. It plays G.I. Joe seamlessly, all the while I have other graphically intense programs running.I'll be buying another to use as a wireless server to stream throughout our home.

Great value. I’ve had it for six months. Handles my MS office tasks easily. Stream at the same time no problem.I don’t game, so I can’t rate it for that use. Otherwise a good, solid PC.
