Revlon ColorStay is my all-time fave lipstick! I own practically every color. However, it is getting harder to come by and I am guessing it is being phased out. Bummer. It's the only lipstick that I've ever found, and i've tried a ton, that actually stays on all day long. Eating, kissing, licking my lips (which I do a lot), or anything else and it just stays on. The formula is a bit dry, but no worries, because one end is lipstick and the other end is a gloss. Why do the really good products always get discontinued? 😪

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this product. I have been using it for many years. Its stays on well for at least 24 hours and often longer if applied in a double layer. The color is really beautiful - I tried a few colors and liked them, but my favorite is Unlimited Mulberry. I have worn this product with and without the gloss (for a more matte look) and looks great both ways.

I have been using this lipstick, or lip stain probably for twenty five years. It stays on even when you eat. I even wake up with some on my mouth. My toothbrushes have some of it on the bottom of the bristles. It is hard to find these days. I like the end that has the clear lipgloss on it also. It seems to seal in the color. I hope Revlon keeps making it. Thank you, Amazon, for stocking this product

I love these and they are a great stain that’s creamy so easy to spread, then stays put. The gloss does not make it come off! I hate having dry lips so that’s the big thing I’ve been looking for. That’s hard to find. They blend colors well - I like putting on a dark color then adding a lighter one in the center of the bottom lip and then blending it. Gives my lips more “pop.” Also, when I press my lips together and rub it in, I can easily spread it to outside the lip line to make my lips look thicker. As I’ve gotten older, my pretty lips have gotten thinner. The only downfall I can think of is that, in several hours, the color can thicken and gather around the edges of the lips. If that happens, I use my fingernail to remove the outline and then I just start over with a fresh application. These are all I use now.Pro tip: once you have the color and gloss on, put your finger in your mouth, close your lips around it, and then draw your finger out, stopping to wipe any lipstick off of your teeth. If you do this, you will not end up with any more lipstick on your teeth.

This lipstick is amazing - specifically the color. I am a pro makeup artist and I use this color on all of clients. Its just a super flattering color on every skin tone. If a client wants it a little darker, or more pinky toned, I can always mix in other colors. Its also super long lasting. My only complaint is that it comes with so little lipstick because half of the packaging has a clear gloss. I never use the clear gloss and I find myself going through these way too quickly. I wish Revlon would make this lipstick without the gloss so I can get double the amount of lipstick in each tube

This has been my signature lipstick for many years. Sienna is a beautiful color, the formula stays put and can be applied as a thin tint or more added when more intensity is desired. I love the gloss that comes with but also use a lip balm along with it on an as needed basis as long lasting lipstick can be drying by nature.

Amazing. Got it last night. Put it on for today and was a food judge at a County Fair baked goods and it survived surprisingly well! I have basically no lips so do need more practice in applying but so far its great!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect lipstick for years. It needs to be a specific shade of nude, it needs to be non-transferable, it needs to be long-lasting, it can't leave lipstick marks all over my glasses, and it can't be too matte. Apparently that's a lot to ask. This one fits the bill for everything except it doesn't last all day, much less the 16 hours that the details claim. I get about 5-6 hours out of it, despite using the top coat throughout the day. For that reason I took off one star. My biggest issue is that the lipstick container itself doesn't last more than 2 weeks. I've bought it from 2 different stores, and my last 3 purchases each got me around 2 weeks of use. I only use it Monday through Friday, and I only apply the color once per day. I should absolutely get more than 10 wears from a container of lipstick. That is the reason for taking off a second star. The only reason I go with this brand is because my all time favorite brand stopped selling my shade, and this is literally the only brand I've been able to find that has the right shade of nude. It will do, but if I have to keep replacing it every 2 weeks, I'll start my hunt all over again.
