Q: i cant untangle lines after closing the dryer any suggestions?

Hi Carla, I have not had that problem. I keep my dryer up from May - October. When my husband takes it down for the season he closes slowly while keeping the lines straight up and down. I also store standing up in the garage with a garbage bag on top to keep the lines clean. I am asking my husband now ----- Take and gather the lines on either side of the center pole so that when you fold the dryer the lines don't get all tangled. You can use string or elastic ribbon to tie together when closing. Hope this helps

Q: is this the spinning type of clothesline?

It comes with a green plastic tube that you put in the ground (with cement), the entire clothesline will spin only if the clothesline pole is inserted in the green tube.

Q: How much laundry does this hold? Is it reasonable to dry an entire load or two on this system?

Hi Gemi. There is 180 feet of clothesline usable for hanging (that is, there's 180 feet of line running between the poles). That's the most exact measurement I can give about how much it holds. It has no problem holding a full load of most machines. The only time that might not be true is if loads are overstuffed or if the washing machine is JUMBO sized (and those definitely do exists, especially if the washer is newer and a "family" sized model). But for most washing machines--front or top loading--it works very well. I fit more by pinning the corners of adjacent clothes with the same clothespin and letting the clothes dip a little in the middle (instead of, say, folding the hem over and covering the line completely). Hope that helps! (Aside: there are also larger models with 210 feet of line, if you want a little more space: the 3000 aluminum top and 4000 steel top, which are identical except for the material of the upper structure.)
