These are my go-to afternoon caffeine free and organic spearmint tea bags! So many in the package and I love the taste. Great value for your money.

This tea is delicious! It got here so fast too! I drink spearmint tea twice a day to help with PCOS. I'm really pleased I'm able to easily get good organic spearmint tea for this purpose!

I am 20 years old and my hormonal acne came back pretty strong recently. I had really painful deep and cystic pimples all along by jaw and a ton on my cheeks. It was itchy and painful and would take at least 2 weeks to heal, but once they healed there was already another set of pimples forming. It was a never ending cycle and I started to give up and just let my skin do whatever it wanted. I started drinking this tea (2 cups a day- 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) for about 2 weeks now and my jaw and cheek acne is completely clear. I literally have 1 pimple now! I was skeptical that this would work for me because I feel like I have tried everything to clear my hormonal acne, but it is honestly insane how fast this tea works!! Within 6 days about 75% of my acne had cleared and by week 2 almost 100% of my acne is gone. I don't know how to feel I haven't had this clear of skin since I was 15. Now I am just trying to clear my acne scars left behind. It also tastes amazing. Bottom line - if you struggle with acne and want to get to the root cause of your problem, please drink this tea. Skin care products can help treat acne, but the only way your skin is going to stay clear is getting to the root cause. I am so glad I found this tea to finally heal my body from within. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars to clear my skin...and this tea has topped it all.
