Not so easy to put together
Bought this item and a single desk also, but couldn't put them together until I had moved out the old furniture as I live in a studio, so I didn't leave a review until now. I'm older and had a friend help me with holding the parts because of the way the mfgr. says to assemble it. You have to join the leg, brace, and top rails first, so its difficult because its just hanging there. It comes with just enough of every size screw, but since I didn't want to use the CPU holder, I had an extra, because some of the screws just would not start until I wiggled them level in the holes, and some holes, I had to stick my screwdriver into it and wiggle it around to clear residue left in them, but one or two were difficult no matter what I did. Hopefully I will never have to disassemble it, because I fear the threads might strip. I wish their instructions were a little more detailed or the pieces came with stickers that say 'top or bottom' not just piece #, because it's very easy to put the wedge-shape upside down and the keyboard tray also. Had to take both pieces apart again because I did just that. When I reassembled the two straight parts with the wedge and put on the glass sections, the left glass does not fit and one edge sticks up. I may have to loosen the screws that hold that section to the wedge to see if I can get it to fit level. The wedge itself, is kind of iffy, in that the glass rests on the frame and is only held in place by 2 small suction cups in the corner, the other two sections fit within its framework. All in all, it looks great. I am very happy with the sleek design and sturdiness of the framework and you can't beat the price.

Love this desk!
I’ve had this desk for many years now and I loved it. I just upgraded to an extra large glass desk so I passed this one on to my sister but it’s still good as new. No scratches and it’s used daily with no special care taken. Slightly wobbly but I had it in a corner so it was never an issue at all. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a cheap desk that is going to look great for years to come unlike a particleboard board desk.

This is a very small desk, perfect for just a laptop in small spaces
I needed a small desk for a laptop in a very small bedroom, and this is the perfect size. Easy to put together. Not quite as sturdy as I would like, but it works well and looks good. I don't need the pull out for a keyboard, but I bought a tray to place there for pencils, etc. and it works perfectly.

Beautiful desk for cheap
I was actually looking for a new desk to buy, I needed more space. I was about to make a mistake and tear apart the L desk that I already had from the same company and just keep one solo piece to use for the laptop and new desk for thr desktop and dual monitors.I am very glad that I didnt get a new desk and instead decided to buy the single desk and put next to my L desk. It looks beautiful and gave me the added space that I needed while maintaining modularity.Ive had the original L desk for over a year and it is a finger print magnet, and needs to be cleaned often. You can comfortably fit a gaming keyboard, but not a gaming keyboard and mouse in the keyboard tray.I definitely recommend this desk in any configuration you want. An l desk, 2 single desks side by side. The materials are durable and reliable.

Excellent for small spaces, but the design and materials leave some things to be desired
I do like the overall design and space saving qualities of this desk, but there are some things any buyer NEEDS to know beforehand.First, the glass used is rather thin and not attached securely. DO NOT attach any sort of bracket to this desk that bears any sort of load, like a wrist, arm, or elbow rest or a monitor arm. It WILL BREAK the glass! The glass shatters completely as tempered glass is designed to do, so large shards aren't an issue, but small cuts can be. The design also excludes any other place to attach any such device. I found this out the hard way and needed to fabricate a new top shortly after setting it up. I also happen to be thankful I was wearing jeans at the time.ALSO, the design and material strength of the desk's metal frame is rather thin. The designing engineer did a great job making up for a lot of that, but DO NOT place any large monitor on this desk. I figure it should be able to handle about a 27"-32" MAXIMUM, and that is if you don't have too much more on it. It can't handle a whole lot of weight. It seems to be meant for just a laptop and maybe some small accessories.ALSO, DO NOT put your feet up on the cross support. It is far too weak to handle such a load.It is a light desk, meant for light duty. The price reflects this. You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much from it, and it will not let you down.

Modern and small
I love this desk! I have a super small space so I needed something that would accommodate that. It looks great and doesn’t take up too much space. The only downside is that it wobbles a bit but not excessively.

What a piece of junk !!!!!!!! --- read additional thoughts below.
This is the worst designed, and worst manufactured piece of junk that I have ever bought on Amazon.1) The bolts fit to the nuts at volition: some bolts can be screwed in by hand and then tightened, others need serious force to go through the threads. Not for the weak2) The brackets that hold the keyboard slide are not "positively" anchored, and can never be absolutely straight, so the slides on either side of the keyboard tray will either be inclined inwards or outwards, impeding the proper sliding of the keyboard holder.3) The whole table is not properly braced, so it moves left and right like a leaf.In short, this is absolute junk. Now let's see how Amazon is going to take this back........Additional thoughts:- It was impossible to return the item to Amazon because it would cost more to repackage it and return it. However, after explaining the situation to the company, they were gracious enough to replace the unit. My hat is off to Walker Edison for their kindness, but I would still recommend that the keyboard tray be anchored to the sides of the unit, instead of what are the closest thing to floating brackets which will never be truly aligned to give a straight path to the tray gliders. The side to side movement could easily be corrected with an X brace on the vertical legs.
