One lantern works and one doesn’t. I’d love to just have the top piece (sensor and light bulb) replaced, but there’s no way to contact the seller. I’m bummed!

We charged both units and, like the title. one worked and one didn't. I decided to swap the batteries in the units since I thought it could simply be a defective battery. After the swap, the same unit that originally lit continued to light while the other unit remained dark. It obviously had a problem with the solar lighting mechanism. I attempted to contact the vendor but never received a response. I decided to return the items but selected Amazon's chat feature in hopes that a solution might present itself. Amazon suggested a refund (credit) worth half the original price if we found the working unit acceptable. We liked the design but would not buy from this company again because they failed to stand behind their product.

I love these lanterns! The evening tree shadows are gorgeous and project a wonderful array of trees on surrounding areas. I gave one for a present and kept one for myself. The recipient was thrilled with this solar lantern and thanked me several times for this beautiful, unique gift. I love looking at the tree shadows. They are very calming. The lantern, itself, is a brushed antique copper type color that is very pretty and blends with everything. I’m very pleased with this lantern and recommend it to others if this is something you’re looking for.I just ordered another set of lanterns as gifts. I love mine, and the one I've already given as a gift loves theirs, too. They are such an unusual item, and provide a great shadow projection as well as silhouette on the lantern, itself. I hope others love their lanterns as much as I love mine. Truly a heartwarming, night time lighting effect!

These arrived and I set them both in the same full sun all day. When it got dark, they were both still so dim and one was more dim than the other. I've had them for a few days and they've both been in full sun most of the day and they still give off hardly any light and the one is still much more dim than the other.The pattern of the metal is beautiful, but that doesn't mean much if the lights hardly work.I'm going to return these. I'm so disappointed, as I looooove the pattern!

I purchased three sets of these for my patio, and I absolutely love them. There are two things that may be problematic -- be careful not to lose the tiny screws when you replace the battery, and be gentle with the battery assembly. I managed to bend two of them and couldn't get them to work again. I contacted customer service via email, and they responded the same day. I had asked to purchase just replacement assemblies. They responded that these are not available, but they offered a replacement set of lanterns at a considerable (!!!) discount. I first contacted them yesterday morning, and I'm receiving the new lanterns tonight. I'm so pleased.

Im up in the air about these. They are a great size and pattern. But they are not as bright as i would like. My cheap solar lights from Walmart are brighter than these.

Bought these to hang from the trees for an outdoor wedding. Very pretty. The canisters are a nice bronze color. They emit a beautiful tree pattern around the area. The light is bright enough to enjoy all night. I will definitely be grabbing a couple more for our decor.

They are beautiful, but definitely not a source of light- just ambiance. They look lovely hanging from my trees out on the patio. My original purchase did not hold the charge as long as expected, but the company sent a new set to me and they stay lit. I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
