I was taking these based on recent study suggesting its help with metabolism, but two months in and I have watched several viruses rip through the family. Somehow, I have made it through unscathed and based on its use for immunity I am convinced this played a role in keeping me on my feet.

Used this in place of Gaia, another much more established and expensive brand, which I've used for years exclusively. I Wasn't sure what to expect. But It's been 8 months since I started using this one, once a day every in place of that product, plus 2 when I feel a cold/flu/illness coming on, which has been once mid January. Which is typical it's winter. I've got to say I believe it's as good if not better. Definitely much more affordable about 2.5 to 1. With that said I use this everyday with confidence. Take that as it is.

Look at the facts, MG / $ this is the best dealcurrently 57,740mg/$Horbaach brand is 18,750mg/$so this is a much better deal, however if you want to take less and split up the servings, the other is a better deal (more pills). idk how much is effective so take it with a grain of salt!

I've gotten this brand in a couple different supplements and really appreciate that they have a great product and great pricing. Their capsules are made well so they're easy to swallow and you don't taste anything. I bought these to help my immune system during the winter and I think they helped?
