I like the ease with which I can use my hole puncher to prepare scratch pads from recycled paper for our retirement facility. People like the binders.

These little gadgets are great. For those of you who don't know what they are, they go through the side of a file folder so when you punch papers with a two hole punch, you can then slip the holes over the little flat "rods" on these fasteners, then put the fastener over the papers. Then you fold the flat rods over and slide the fasteners over. They keep your papers in order and inside the folder. They are used in offices everywhere. The beauty of these is, the folders with them preinstalled in them cost about 5 or 6 times what just plain folders do, and a box of these fasteners is only maybe 10 dollars. So, it is much cheaper to use these with the plain folders. I guess you have to be there to get it, but if you file a lot of papers, you would understand.

This is the standard office product for securing files for storage, especially at the end of the year. This is getting to be a difficult product to find reasonably in stores. For a small home office this purchase will last a long time.

They would have been fine, except that the boxes are not closed properly and the package when I picked it up off my porch the closures were falling out, resulting in me having to count every single box of them, and I got 8 boxes over 2 days. I was missing 13 of the closures. And to make it worse, the people delivering the packages do not know how to ring the door bells, and most of the time the packages are set in plain view of the street instead of trying to put it out of view.

This product definitely allows you to add a paper fastener to a folder. The problem is that this product is fairly flimsy. It can be used for temporary documents, like a report for school. It should not be used for important documents or heavily used documents.

Just what i needed for my documents. Would’ve wanted the edges to be less sharp..

These came in so handy when I needed them, and they work perfectly.

There is nothing wrong with the fasteners; however, I thought I was buying greater capacity than 2 inch. Most likely my mistake for not reading the description carefully enough.
