The package was broken when I got it, and I can't return them.

Perfect!
We go through a fair amount of soybean sauce with recipes in our house. I was worried after seeing reviews of bad packaging, but it looks like they have improved! Our soybean sauce showed up wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and still sealed. It's a great value for a large jar. I also didn't want to have to go 30 minutes to the closest Asian Market to pick this up - so it's great Amazon had it.

arrived damaged.
when i went to open the package the product was leaking out of the box. the container was broken so i can't use the product i feel i should get a refund
